At City Point, we know that life change happens in the context of relationships. This is why we believe everybody at City Point should be in a Community Group! God has created us to live in community with others, and only then can we experience the full life He intends for us.

Community Groups allow individuals to connect with other believers, be encouraged in their faith, and grow in their walk with God. We offer various types of groups all across our city to ensure people can do just that:

Hangout or activity-based groups to help people get connected & find new relationships.

ENCOURAGE

Bible, book, or video study & message review groups to help people be encouraged and have intentional conversations about their life & faith.

GROW

Development groups that help people grow in their walk with God and understand their new life in Christ.

Lead A Group

 You don't need to have it all together to lead a group, you just have to be willing to let God use you. God uses Community Groups to change people’s lives, and as a leader, you get to be a part of that! We are always looking for individuals who are passionate about Community Groups, so if you've never led one before, click the link below and we'll share your next steps.

Host A Group

Acts chapter 5, verse 42 says “And every day, in the temple and from house to house, they did not cease teaching and preaching that the Christ is Jesus.”  We believe Community Groups are best when they are in our communities. That could be in coffee shops, restaurants, businesses or homes. If you'd like to open your home to a group, click the link below.

We've partnered with RightNow Media, to help resource all Community Groups and create opportunities for spiritual conversations. Every person at City Point has free access to a streaming library containing +20,000 bible studies and video content for adults, youth and kids.

Group Semesters

At City Point, our groups operate in three, 10-week semesters: one in the spring, one in the summer, and one in the fall. We do this to ensure our group leaders can rest between semesters and allow members to have opportunities to join other groups throughout the year. That said, we still believe in connecting people and developing relationships outside of semesters. Click the link below and one of our team members will connect with you!
